Donations
The West Shropshire talking Newspaper is an independent charity. We depend on donations from individuals and organisations to continue providing blind and partially sighted people with access to newspapers and magazines.

£10 purchases 10 postal pouches - used as envelopes to safely carry the talking newspapers through the post, between studio and listener - 500 required each year.

£23 purchases a specialist USB player/loudspeaker unit for     use by an individual blind listener to ‘play’ the talking newspaper – we serve 350 listeners.

£35 purchases 10 USB memory sticks – we purchased 1000 last year.

£400 equips a reporter’s digital studio with audio editing software for making local area contributions to the weekly newspaper.

£600 will provide a digital cloning unit to ‘fast copy’ USB memory sticks for sending out to each listener.

If you would like to send a cheque, please make the cheque payable to 'West Shropshire Talking Newspaper' and send to:
W S T N, Fletcher Centre, Cross Hill, Shrewsbury SY1 1JE
